Support for Orphan Kids
One of our main causes here at P W A is to adopt orphan Children of age between 3 years to 10 years, an issue that touches many lives, particularly those in the greater Bengaluru area. We spend a significant portion of our resources on tackling this problem. Counseling for Students
Education is the Key to Success, One of the main reasons P W A was founded in 2000 was to compensate for the greater Bengaluru area’s struggles with Education. We are providing free education counselling for further Studies & for droppers, We’ve dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this charitable cause, and hope you’ll help us continue this work. One of the main reasons is support the the skilled persons to earn their livelihood and to skilled house wives to earn extra income for their family by doing work from home. Also we arrange tailoring learning class to the needy. We’ve dedicated a lot of man-hours and invested countless resources to this charitable cause, and hope you’ll help us continue this work. One of our main causes here at P W A is supporting needy Govt school Children for their Note Books and stationery and ensure that they continue education, govt gives them free text books but not note books and stationery, though it's a small amount but for needy students it's a big help. One of our goals is to ensure that the most vulnerable and at-risk groups in the greater South Bengaluru area are safe and have their basic needs taken care of. We collect needy family data and issue a tokens after verification at their residence personally ask them to collect grocery kits from our office at the given time. Free Medical Assistance
We support needy BPL family for their medical treatment by arranging funds for their medicine too. We also conduct free medical care campaign with BBMP and with NGOS. Contact us to learn more.
Sharing Warmth
During Winter cold take many lives and it is very difficult poor, street vendor etc to survive the winter. We distribute Blankets to the needy
Desktop / Computer for Students
Computer support for needy families / Joint families of 3 or more students for online study.
and also we collect pre used Laptop and Desktop and hand over the needy students.
Fighting Poverty
One of our goals is to ensure the Puttayanapalya slum get developed and the needy gets good constructed houses, at present they are staying in small huts of size 8' x10'. this is a south Bengaluru oldest slum, all surrounding areas slum has been developed to apartment but not Puttayanapalya slum due the land dispute, we are fighting land dispute case in the court.
